ARTIST’S STATEMENT
I strongly believe in academic art practice. My works being developed from my daily life sketches, my final work is a memory which i have sped with them. Most of my works are carvings at the same time other material like leather, metal parts (industrial product) organic things has become fascinating part of my art practice. The strategy of my art practice is not to cease the viewers thought with my certain concept in momentary but to give them freedom to analysis the artwork. Through my art practice I would like to question my own existence. My art practice gives me perennial joy
Old furnitureās are another part of my sculpture it acts like a pedestal for it, furnitureās has a story to tell it has been witnessed so many events, it has been used by different kind of people, it might have used as a weapon. My objectives is to collect them and reconstruct it according to my sculpture needs. It sets a relationship of interaction between the object and its work journey to completely new level of its visual aesthetic. Apart from carving the wood, I would like to use technical complexities from simple to much complex method like wood interlocking in traditional methods. Rather than final work I enjoy work while its in process basically the work journey is more preferred for me than the final output as an experimental artist.
