Return & Refund Policy

• Item once sold can not be returned.
• buyer has to collect art work/works physically or by his / her authorised representatives.
• Buyer has to send his authorised courier or transporter to bring item from the gallery address. Gallery will show the condition of the art works to the buyer before packaging.
• Return is acceptable if there is any damage of the art work at the time of transit and buyer has to inform it with the photographs to gallery before taking delivery which is despatched from gallery end. Gallery will refund the payment to the buyer after receiving that damaged art work. Payment to the buyer will be made within max of 14 days.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging with thereceipt or proof of purchase to the gallery address.
• No items on sale are not eligible for refund.
